Hello, and welcome to my site, my name is Anita Lindley & I am a Holistic Therapist from Leicester in the UK.
 

I have been a practicing Aromatherapist & Reflexologist for over 20 years, predominantly on a part time basis paired with working in the Festival and Events sector while I raised my two children. In 2019 I decided to follow my first passion and became a full time Holistic Therapist, then Covid hit the world and I had more time available, as I was not able to provide hands on treatments, and this is where the experimenting began….
 

The pandemic allowed a slower pace of life, & I started looking at ways to live more naturally & work towards zero waste within my household. My new found focus made me contemplate how to get the most from the foods we grow and buy. It all started when I began experimenting with a humble coconut, I learned how to use all aspects of the fruit, to create edible delights as well as elements that could be added into body care, with zero waste,  that was my eureka moment, & it wasn't long before I extended my experiments to more fruits, vegetables, flowers & herbs from local gardens.
 

My mission is to continue building relationships within Leicestershire to source local, foraged & naturally grown produce from gardens or allotments, that I can use in my products.

As part of my holistic approach I will be running workshops to teach others how to harness all the elements that a single ingredient can provide, I will encourage you to source exciting ingredients & where possible from your own gardens that can be transformed into sensual and natural products that maybe edible or for use on skin & hair, or even both! 
 

All products from my shop are made fresh to order, please bear this in mind when ordering as  some products may take up to 48 hours to make & currently I only dispatch within the UK.
